I just ordered a tango ice blast and 2 wham bars. The delivery came much earlier than expected which was great! Then I got a surprise instead of having 2 wham bars I had something else. 10 different chew bars and a note saying sorry no wham bars. I thought this was really lovely off them.

This shop smells lovely, it’s just for takeout and delivery I know but could do with a larger waiting area and some sort of disabled access. It would be impossible for someone with a wheelchair to get in here.

It smells like cotton candy and pure sugar in here, the scent may be a bit overwhelming for those with sensory issues though, I couldn’t bear to be in there for more than ten minutes.

I’ve only ordered ice cream here so can’t speak for the other things. As with most stores of this ilk, you do pay a premium, and prices have gone up recently. It’s about £3.50 for two very small scoops in a tub. £2.40 for a small 99. Which is very expensive, I went to a similar place in Musselburgh at the weekend it it was £5 for 3 enormous scoops (more than twice what you’d get here) and they had far more flavours.

The standard ice cream is lovely, there aren’t hundreds of unusual flavours but the standard sweet fare, mainly chocolatey/ vanilla with various mixins and a couple of blue ones. Creme egg is a year round flavour. My favourite is the banoffee.

I’d like to see some more fruity flavours, frozen yoghurts or sorbet, and maybe a pistachio flavour.

The soft serve/Mr. Whippy was really disappointing though, I’ve had better soft serve from McDonald’s. Not sure if you can see from the picture but it was very watery and full of ice crystals. I haven’t had a proper mr whippy since I was a kid and I was so disappointed. I asked if they offered oysters but they don’t, so just got a small cone. The small and medium cone looked the same size, which was a bit odd, but the large waffle style one was a lot larger. Prices started from £2.40 for the small. Not sure if the choc flake was an extra charge. They are not genuine Cadbury flakes, just a cheap copy.

The cone was also rubbish and thin and leaked pretty much straight away, I had to rush home and put it in a bowl.

Overall I’d recommend for a treat, but steer clear of the mr whippy.

Would get an extra star if they added disabled access and changed the soft serve recipe.

Ordered at the start of the The Godfather trilogy. By film number 2 I was halfway through munching the beanbag. So I decided to call them at the start of Godfather 3 and the told me it was 2 mins away so I decided to bin the fish supper. Halfway through Godfather 3 THE DOORBELL RANG! It was my waffle! To be fair the waffle was pretty decent. Next time I’ll be ordering it the day before movie starts.

My wife and I had a Belgian waffle and toffee Sunday. The waffle was very nice but the Sunday was terrible. It came with only soft ice-cream and toffee sauce. I have had others from local shops and they are much better quality and came with toppings

Good place, but only takes cash. Otherwise, great. Sold out of cake at 6pm on a Tuesday! Obviously people stress eat on a Tuesday, when they realise work is brutal and it ain't even Humpday yet 🙂

Iv been a long time costumer of Icandy. The majority of times I have ordered it has been pleasant. Even though they’re delivery has always been late they always delivered nice and tasty food that Iv enjoyed. Until my most recent experience where the delivery was late as always but inside the crepe there was to long black hairs and another hair on the side of my ice blast and one on the side of my ice cream tub. I called the night that it had been delivered and got told they would contact me again and never heard anything from them, called again today and nothing. Not only has the food gone way down in quality but the customer service is appalling will never order here again and wouldn’t recommend.

Food was nice, staff not so much. stood waiting for about 10 minutes the woman wouldn’t even acknowledge me, wouldn’t even look at me, despite me standing directly in front of her, she never said hi or told me it would be afew minutes etc, the young girl looked at me about 5 times but never said a word then when a family came in she served them after me standing being the only one in shop for a while... I then Went out, returned 5 minutes later and the people who were behind me in the que still hadn’t been served and asked if anyone was serving then when they were told no, they had to wait, we were all just left standing in silence. Clearly they only care about just eat orders as the 2 of them were the only ones in the shop, both in the back preparing orders and neglecting in shop customers badly. Then asked for cheesecakes to be bagged separately and she never gave me a bag at all. AND even though I only ordered 2 cheesecakes, she gave us the wrong flavour!
