Beautiful panoramic views of the country and the Calabrian coast. Great coffee and freshly made warm waffle. Perfect place to have a stop and rest in the shade in the afternoon.

We visited Chalet del Capo in Capo Vaticano during a late afternoon walk along the coast. The establishment is situated in a truly scenic location, offering panoramic sea views that make it a prime spot for an aperitivo or a relaxing break after a day at the beach. We ordered a classic Aperol Spritz, a Pina Colada, and a Jamaica Smoothie. All drinks were properly chilled and attractively presented. The Spritz was refreshing, with a well-balanced ratio of prosecco and Aperol. The Pina Colada had a creamy texture and just the right level of sweetness. The Jamaica Smoothie was fruity and vibrant, with citrus undertones, making it an ideal cooling beverage. Alongside the drinks, we were served light snacks, resembling antipasti or small finger foods. While the selection was modest, it complemented the drinks nicely and reflected the informal, leisurely character of the Italian aperitivo tradition. The staff was courteous and accommodating, although service did slow down during peak hours due to high customer volume. For this reason, I would recommend visiting outside of the busiest periods to fully enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and attentive service. In summary, Chalet del Capo offers a compelling combination of beautiful views and a decent beverage selection. It’s an excellent place to pause, unwind, and enjoy the Calabrian coastline with a refreshing drink in hand. While there are minor service inconsistencies, the overall experience was pleasant and worthwhile.

Random stop off here for a cold drink and a snack of waffles and pancakes. Friendly staff and great service.

Been here after dark. The view and surroundings are amazing. Had a delicious cake and a perfect latte. Giving four stars because my companion didn't like the ice cream in comparisson with other places we visited 😃 However, I would return if I stayed in Capo Vaticano longer.

They ripped us off. Women added 3 euros to the bill probably just because we are foreigners....pitty cause I've been visiting every day enjoying nice views and a coffee just to be scammed the last day

Went here for ice cream - they have some nice options, and when I asked what some of the names meant I was allowed to try them because the server couldnt explain in english Tasty ice creams and civil prices
