Great place to get traditional Italian food inside the MGM hotel and resort. We appreciate that they had many gluten-free options within their pasta selection. The appetizers were wonderful and the penne pesto pasta was fantastic especially the prosciutto.

Amazing authentic Italian food. A little on the pricey side but it was a special occasion and we decided to splurge. Old fashioned cocktail was made to perfection! Since it was my birthday they comped the freshly made gelato and it was best I ever had!

Grandmas meatballs tasted homemade. The meat was softer than I expected. Ricotta cheese and the marinara were quite good.

Del Pizzaiolo , can definitely taste the truffle oil. Arugula was fresh. Only critique was the pizza had a little too much oil. Not bad.

The (Alfami?) Spritz was decent. Some
floral hints.

Cappellacci Boscaiola was definitely unique. The pasta was al dente. The sauce was perfectly balanced and acidic, but not overwhelming.

Calabrian Rignette Alfredo was also quite unique.. the sauce was a little spicy and umami, which I liked. The shrimp had good texture. The pasta was just a tad too gummy. But not a big deal. Very good overall

Great food. Waiter, Sean was not attentive at all. Never came around and asked how was everything, do you want another cocktail? When we asked for more coffee, he shook his head and said I'm really busy so it is going to be a while? What waiter says that? Because of this, unfortunately, Luchinis is out. The food was good, waiter no.

First time visiting and thought the food was very good. The service was very average - from getting seated way late to not having a waiter for 10 minutes to having water spilled on the table to having to ask for the check. I will give it one more try because the food was very good.

Ate here and had the chicken parmigiana - big serving. Food came out quickly. Server was friendly. Had a side of spaghetti with red sauce. Was crowded the night I was there but a convention was going on and many attendees were from there. Plenty of good looking traditional Italian entrees. I think you would not be disappointed if you ate here.

Absolutely delightful! We sat at the bar, and Matt was our server. He’s wonderful. We went there to find the speakeasy area, but it was closed during the week. He kindly gave us a tour. After that, he guided us through the menu and gave helpful information about the wine list. We were in Las Vegas for the INBS. During the three nights we stayed there, we ate at Luchini because we love the food and staff. We ordered lamb for all three nights and some appetizers like tuna tartare and mussels. They were out of meatballs, so we will try them next year during the convention. I’m going back there. Our hotel had an internal passage, so we didn’t have to walk on the street. It was perfect after a long day of work. Be patient because it gets busy but it’s worth the wait.
