The two ladies working the morning drive thru on 1/25/25 (745am ish) are some of the nicest McDonald's workers EVER! The one taking the order was so pleasant, we even caved for the apple pie up-sale (sausage biscuit & an apple pie...what?!). Food was hot and delicious. Thank you, Ladies, for the excellent customer service!

?️This McDonalds is TRASH! How do you pay full price for a large fry but only receive half of a portion. I understand it’s lunch time and there’s a rush but there’s no excuse for not providing me what I paid for. Was the drawing of the fries supposed to make up the remainder missing fries? I’m confused ? Y’all had one job to do ? I will not be returning to this location, throw the whole location away ️

Would not recommend this location. There are other locations that would provide much better service and food.

Worst service experienced in a very long time. I'm assuming he was the manager, but Mohammed was extremely rude to all customers waiting in the lobby. Impossible to get more than a cursory glance when trying to get their attention to ask simple questions. Ordered fries and after 35 minutes, they were still not provided. Person in front of us ordered a shake and they stated they had been waiting for over 30 minutes as well. The GM for this location needs to seriously re-evaluate their staff and the service that is provided.

Was given the wrong food. Put my hands in the bag and tried to tell them, didn't seem like they cared.

Gave me the correct order and it was missing the sauce and the kids meal drink. Not very friendly nor personable lady at the second window.

Service with a smile was out the window.

Everytime I got to this location they don’t give me all of my food or my order is wrong. One time I went and I ordered a 2 cheeseburger meal and then I used my points where I purchase a drink for a free medium fry and the manager told me that’s not what I ordered and requested me to pay for the extra fries that should have been given from my points I left. Couldn’t do a survey because no receipt was given. Tonight I ordered a 6 piece kids meal and they began to give me someone else’s order and when o said it wasn’t mind I was asked if i was sure. When they found my order they gave me a my kids meal with NO DAMN NUGGETS and a watered down sweet tea. I will never go to this location again.

Management ignores you and moves at a literal snails pace. They shut down the drive thru because they “felt like it” and only were taking online or kiosk orders. Highly recommending leaving them alone and going to a different location as they so clearly want you to do.

Miserable. Every time I go, they are a last resort, and they have screwed up my order 3/5 times. This time for some reason no drive thru orders were allowed and I was forced to wait inside for literally 25 minutes and they still screwed up my order. Avoid this location.

By far the worst McDonalds I've ever been too, and I come to McDonalds ALOT. We got there around 5pm ordered our food (just fries and a drink) on our mobile app. We wanted to order the BOGO sandwiches from the survey from last time we came to McDonalds. The manager Mohammed looked over at us and didn't even acknowledge us. After 40 mins of us constantly asking where our food was and him keep saying he will get it or he doesn't see the order, we finally got our order. Fries were overcooked. Never got our sandwiches and when we got our cups they were wet. We finally left after we got our fries and went to the McDonalds on Canton Rd to get the sandwiches. They did 100x better then this McDonalds. Definitely recommended the Canton Rd one.
