Really dissatisfied with the quality of customer service received here at this Randalls location. I work a late job and went into the deli at 830 for some meat and was prompted by the man behind the counter that “this here was finished” he displayed an attitude of unwillingness and understanding. Had ZERO desire to even ask what I was looking for. I get that it’s close to closing as stated on the Randalls Website 9pm, however I did arrive a half hour before closing. I would be willing to understand the deli being close to closing but the employee did not demonstrate someone who was even in the slightest bit concerned of the customer. I will gladly take my business and hard earned money elsewhere if that is how this company chooses to see its customers.

All of our neighborhood love our little Randall’s store in Casis Village. It has everything you need in the way of groceries and produce and you can get in and out quickly. They even have a great deli and hot soups on a cold day. One of my favorite things is their incredible flower department. Beautiful flowers and creative designs. Good organic choices too. Small store with a great offering.

Management is superb.
Store is well kept & has the best baked goods.

we have been coming and buying from the foral section al thought i understand precautions no employee has ever treated us like we were treated tonight , felt racially profiled by the dude in a hat at night shift by self cashiers, we had gotten to the cashier box and he was automatically just starting at me like i was the problem and was going to steal something .i have been shopping at this randell’s for as long as i can remember and this dude has a attitude and seems to be racially profiling people . hope yall get this resolved

This Randalls, while on the petite side, is always clean and well managed. The staff always goes out of their way to say hello. They are cheerful and polite and helpful.

I appreciate the convenience of shopping here (much quicker in and out than the HEB down the street). And they stock a surprising number of items considering the size of the store. More dry goods than HEB, which seems to be focused a lot on prepared foods.
