"I had an uncomfortable shopping experience at Smart and Final today. During checkout, the cashier, Samantha, remained silent throughout the entire process. She didn't say Goodmorning or how’s my day going. And her facial expression made me feel like I was annoying her. I noticed she warmly greeted the Hispanic customers ahead of me with a 'good morning.' I believe her behavior was racially motivated. It was because I am Black.
Samantha needs proper training to ensure everyone receives good customer service regardless of their race or ethnicity."

pesimo servicio de las cajeras me cobraron 3 veces una mercancia y segun me habian hecho refund y me volvieron a cobrar 3 veces cuando fui me dijeron que no era posible y tradaron en resolverme el problema cuando yo no mentia que necesidad de mentir de algo asi en mi cuenta bancaria se veia reflejado los 3 cobros nunca me hicieron refund deben capacoitar mas a su personal

First time I was ever in a smart an final. Employees were really nice and when I asked where something was they didn't just say ilse five they said what row, what side of the row and if it was too middle or bottom. That was pretty cool. The store was very clean. But let's talk about how bad it hurt my wallet. The prices are high as all the other stores around this area. I've been in Vegas since before US95 went all the way through Henderson. The prices are out of control. If u can go an extra 3 miles u can save 25 to 50%.

The manager of smart n final store #352 Walter Mijares accused my 13 year old daughter of stealing a pack of meat. When I went to confront him he said he was watching us, he said he saw us pick of the pack of meat and then the meat disappeared. I told him to check his cameras he refused. So now I’m think you watch all the black customers. There was a white customer looking at meat too how come he didn’t harassed her. He knew he was n the wrong and all he had to do was apologize to my child but no he turn his back to us like he was busy watching more customers in the store
